Store
Redevelopment of the historic "Yellow Store" in English Avenue, once a cornerstone of Westside life, will transform the century-old building back into a vibrant community asset. The ground floor will be revitalized into two retail spaces, one for fresh food and another for soft goods, complete with a courtyard for community gathering. The upper floor will be converted into high-quality, deeply affordable apartments, continuing the building's legacy and reinforcing our commitment to community-first development.
